Goitsemang's journey started with an eTV digitising and media-managing workshop in 2011 — working as a digitiser and media manager for productions and broadcasters across the television mainstream, and later as a loader.

Today he works as a Senior DIT with experience on local and international productions, in and outside the country, backed by a broad understanding of lighting, colour and photography. My twelve years in film, DIT/VT and workflow means I understand different systems, equipment and software across the globe — I believe in doing the job right at whatever the cost, so the DPs and producers I work with know the footage is in safe hands.
